Default wolverine breaking up at higher rpm's when hot only

when cool it never does it. heres the kicker...when its sputtering i put on the choke and it lost a tiny bit of power but didnt change hardly at all. the bike also loses a little power when hot.im thinking it may be electrical.. coil?stator. anyone have this problem on a wolverine or warrior? THANKS AHEAD

Did you ever figure out the problem. My wife's bike started doing the exact same thing. Thanks

nope..has all kinds of power when cold ,then gets sluggish when hot. sputters at wot only.i will ride it more when weather cools off. the R is too much fun to leave at home in the summer !!! i really like the bike overall though.its a 366 cc by the way and im getting a bigger oil cooler soon , can't hurt.

im having the same troubles with my warrior. mine is a bit more severe though. its cutting out past half throttle when hot, and when i jump into water or out of a hill it will die and refuse to start. ive pretty much narrowed it down to the stator pickup. after you get your bike hot, pull the plug and ground it to the block. then turn the engine over with the start button to see what your spark looks like while hot. should be a consistent blue spark only at the tip of the electrode. check it agian while its cold. if you can tell a difference between the two i would say with pretty fair confidence that you have the same stator issue. maybe your cover is full of water even. check it out.... cant hurt
