How do you tune on the carb? Is there a key for the air screw or is there jets you can get? Cause i take the sparke plug out and it black. Im just trying to see if theres a way to make it run cleaner.

Campbell,

I just ordered this bike... So I don't have any direct experiance with it... But a riding buddy has one for his Son and has told me that the Airbox has a restrictor in it that should be removed or modified... I pickup my Son's this weekend so I will have a better idea after I get a chance to look at it first hand...

I understand if you unrestrict the the Air Filter / Air Box the mixture leans out and the plug should clean up...

Good Luck,

Hibrass

Like Hibrass said....check for that restritor. I was fortunate enough that when I bought my son his 06 TRX 90 that the local dealer had removed it. It's still in the plastic zip-lock bag.
Otherwise, the 90 is a sweet machine. Cold natured but none the less a nice atv. My son loves his and it pulls us both around with no problems, even with the throttle screw turned in.
I have to keep it turned in or he gets a little "high spirited" and pushes that thing pretty fast around the place. It will do 40mph with no restriction.......speed checked with a GPS.
