02 Rancher Loooong Crank

Gets longer as time goes on. Talking around a minute toi get it to fire, regardless of choke setting. After that, starts/runs fine. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks in advance!

02 Rancher Loooong Crank

check compression to make sure the engine is mechanically sound,
then check the tank vents and carb vents, take the carb apart and clean it, etc.
