arm pump

Default arm pump

I was jsut wondering if anyone has any tricks for reducing arm pump. i have added a steering stabalizer but the problem is still there really bad. thanks

Default arm pump

There are a few products out that thin your blood a bit, seems to help. I think one of the best ways to overcome it though is to ride more, and get more comfortable hitting those jumps, railing the turns, etc. That way you don't tense up and hold on so tight=less pump.

antivibe stering stem, or fast flexx bars. get a twist throttle two!!

Doc Ragon did a write up on arm pump. Basically it's all about being in shape. The more the muscle tightens, the more it squeezes the blood from comming into the muscle.

Bought items can only work so much.
My daughter can outride 99.9% of the populous and does not get arm pump. She buys/takes no suppliments.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
