Default Raced a Foreman against my Rancher

My buddy has a 05 Foreman 500 4x4 and I have 2000 Rancher 4x4. We raced 200 yard area w/ both machines stock. I beat him the first time around and we did it again and he beat me the 2nd time by only a few feet.

He could not beleive I was running a stock rancher 4x4. I was kinda suprised I won and kept up so close in both races.

it's the power to weight ratio, that's all. The rancher weighs much less and gets going quicker.

Put 500 pounds of weight behind each one, it will be a different story.

Default Raced a Foreman against my Rancher

I had a 2000 Rancher S 4x4. Don't be surprised my friend, I honestly became quite excellent at drag racing my rancher, timing the rpm for supreme auto clutch launch, and exactly when to shift through each gear,(may be why the damn engine only lasted about 3yrs lol) You can think im fibbing if u want but on pavement i could still pull the tires off the ground when i hit 3rd gear(only about 1-2 inches but they came off ground)gravel could roast the tires through 3rd heh, I easily, easily smoked my best buds Honda 300 4x4 and his Foreman 450. The last post the man had a point though, if it came to just riding side by side against the foreman cruising at say 25mph in 4th or 5th gear he could punch it and torque straight through the tall gearing at low rpm, leaving me behind easily if i chose to lug it out and not shift down, BUT, was another story if i launched down then back up and took off. My 2damn dollars now im sittin a shiny new '06 bf 650i so it dont matter heh lol good ridin
