Well my dad works with a girl who's husband(landowner) died recently...here is how it goes( I guess) A couple atv'rs decided to ride on this guys property without permission....The OHIO landowner(a vietnam vet) kinda got pissed and not sure what he did but scared them off......next the few atv'r come back to his house driving trucks and pull in his driveway........escalates...he(landowner) pulls a weapon out and they(atvr's) call the police.....before it is over he(landowner) is tasered by 2 police officers @ the same time.....he dies...to be continued(in court)

 

Huh? Can you expand on that a little bit? Sounds like a raw deal for the landowner. I really wish people would not trespass, to many stories of bad endings out there.

 

I don't have "all" the facts...but I guess he would not relinquish his weapon to the police...not sure why....guess he really held his land dear to him....and did not like trespassers [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

i live out neer albion, and the farmers have a hell of a time with quads on there land....
they run over the crops.

theres no excuse for trespassing but someone didnt have to die over it...
