fan override on the 06 rincon

Default fan override on the 06 rincon

has anyone done a fan override on an 06 rincon? Its diferent from previous years and the plans on mudanddirt.com dont work.

Default fan override on the 06 rincon

I did it. I did not follow the instruction on location but I think the hookup was the same. I connected in at the plug mounted on the left side of the frame behind the front shock. There are two wires. One Pink/Blue and one Green/Black. Connect one side of your switch to the Green/Black and the other side to ground.

thanks a lot .Will have to take all the plastic off again to get at it.

Is it under the shifter lever?there are two connectors there.one 3 wire one 2 wire.

Just pull off the left front wheel. I may have also removed the inner fender or loosened it.
