02 rancher braking up on mid RPM's need help, i have replaced carborator and put new pulse generator. Motor brakes up about mid RPM's any ideas?

 

Hmmmmm never heard oof that one. Is it an ES or a manual?

 

its a manual shift it starts braking up at about 5500 rpm it acts like a rev limiter at the time you need to shift with a little pop Ive striped all plastic off frame went through all connecters and wiring harness old carb was dropped and broke so put on a new one then I went ahead put on a new pulse generater and its still the same anyone with some new ideas
