Default Gas leak on Outlander 800 XT

Well, here we go again....Last tuesday my dealer told me that he ordered all the parts to fix the gas tank on this machine. When I called him Sat. afternoon, he said he was just getting it all back together and to come and pick it up. When I got there he told me that he had pulled the tank out and repaired the leak???. he said he reseated the gasket around the sending unit. That he cleaned and scratched the surface of the tank and that it was good to go. Then he told me that if it leaks again that he would order all the parts and a new tank???? now he has lied to me. So I take it home, put it in the garage, then I left for the night and went deer hunting Sun. morning. Today when I walked into the garage, there was the strong odor of gas, and I knew what it was. Sure enough, there was a small puddle of gas under the quad. Nice, huh! Tomorrow I tell him to order a new tank (complete) and I want to see it when it gets here. I am starting to not trust him very much. I feel like I should call BRP to see what they say about all this? What do you think I should do?
