do they have some type of flash player showing how the visco lok works? I dont get how it works, i have dealt with polaris AWD all my life.

I had a website... but i cant find it 4 visco. Go 2 the BRP website, i think they have a vid there.

 

It's pretty simple just a fancy name is all. When driving in 4WD you are actually in 3WD until one wheel begins to slip, the visco loc senses the slippage and sends power to the other wheel locking it into 4WD. This is supposed to happen seamlessly so that the rider doesn't really even notice. The concept is that the ATV only locks into 4WD when it's necessary and so that the rider doesn't have any other buttons or switches to mess with. Whether it works as well or better then other systems is a matter of opinion I guess, some will swear by one and others will swear by another. IMO it works as it's supposed to so thats good enough for me. Never been stuck and can't tell the difference between 3 or 4 WD whenever it locks in so I guess it's doing its job.
