Only problem is, Electric shift flicks through all the gears but bike
doesn't move. Angle sensor was recently replaced. Clutch maybe??
I may get a good deal on this bike but I need a rough idea on
how much it will cost to fix.

Any help will be appreciated.

Go to a dealer and describe the problem to them and ask how much it might cost to fix. This could be a good way to get the price reduced, the dealer will be high on repair costs which will lower the quads sale value.
