I'm not sure just where the legalities are with that - In one place it's listed as a Honda yet in the bigger and bolder print it clearly states that it's a Honda clone. I doubt if it's an honest mistake but not sure if anyone could claim fraud if they thought they were bidding on a Honda and got a copy instead. All to easy to claim that they lost the work 'clone ' in editing of something.

Torn on this one. On one hand, it's advertised as a Honda. On the other hand, I doubt anyone would buy it without reading the entire auction detail. Either way, not good selling practice. Some people will do anything to sell their wares.

they are an ebay newbie. they have only a (1) next to their name. they won't last long. What they are doing is misleading, and key-word spaming with Hondas name. Its only a matter of time before they get booted. Actually you can report that ad to ebay and they will pull it!

Dear Everyone,
This is normal misleading crap we see everywhere. Actually, it cleverly written to mislead one to think they are getting both...a good knock off Honda at a Chinese quad. It is cleaverly written to clear them legally. You're right, they won't last....they don't have to, they can dump, make their money and leave. That is the reason I fight for Raceway. These fly by nights will be gone and you may be left hanging. Beware...SEADAWG
