Default another dynoport question

just got the pipe installed. the only problem i see is that the pipe seems to fit kind of crooked where the exhaust flange meets the flange bolted to the engine. is this the way they fit? it seems like the gasket is rounded to accomidate this but i just dont want any problems. I also reused the stock gasket because it seemed to be in good shape. everything else seems to line up fine.

if it leaks you will know there will be a black build up at the front of the motor/jug. it won;t hurt anything if it leaks but it will loose power.

Did you hang the complete exhaust on before tightening it up?If not loosen it all up,take the springs off and start at the front and line it up as you tighten and work to the back.

yea the only way i could get it to line up was to get the pipe on the flange. then mount the bracket halfway loose. then i put on the front two springs, tightened the front braket then mounted the silencer. ill try to post a pic tomorrow. I rode it around and it has more power just not as much as i expected. I may be jetted a little rich yet. I currently have a 270 jet in and the plug is kind of light brown.
