Default rancher wont move part 2

In an earlier post I have a 2000 rancher 2wd manual (foot) shift that will no longer move, forward or reverse. I can push it no problem, so brakes are not locked up

I jacked up the back end put it in gear and the tires would move very slowly forward and reverse. adjusted the clutch and now the tires will move a lot faster with it jacked up, but if I put it back on the ground it will no longer move. I suppose this means the clutch is burnt up?

How hard is it to replace the clutch in a rancher? Dont have a service manual, thought about ordering one and doing it myself. any special tools required? Do you have to pull the motor to do it? This has the motor mounted sideways and the clutch is in front.

on the rancher the motor is mounted sideways compared to how a normal engine is mounted. this lets the driveshaft hook directly to the transmission without having to go through another gearbox.
