what is the best mid-size sport quad?
#6
Not to be technical, but I think as far as displacement goes the 400EX will now be a true mid sized sport quad.
So maybe it can be filed under your 5. other. I love mine and like others have said if you already have decent skills and can work the clutch. It may be your best choice. It is far more powerful than the other machines you have selected handles better, and isnt that much more money.
Also, as more big machines come out and more high performance mid sized machines come out the resale value of your afforementioned quads will go down.
However if you really want on of the quads you have mentioned I like the 300EX, my dad had a 250X years ago. Also the Warrior is a good machine too. I had one years ago I think the 300EX is a little sportier, but of course the Warrior is a little faster and more powerful.
I ride with a guy on a Mojave, and he is fast on it, but he really has to hurt himself to do it. I mean that literally, broken hand from jumping. Also, the machine looks like it has been 'Beyond Thunderdome' it is ragged and it is only 2 yrs old.
