$50-$75.
Rebuildable? Never seen one last that long. LMAO..Someone usually smacks it from behind and knocks the silenser off. Then ya weld/bolt it back on till it gets smacked again.
Seriously tho,, It's a OK pipe. It has the same power as the stock pipe. But if you want noise. You got it!
There are better pipes out there for power.

LT80 ur the best!!! u take the time to answer every question no matter how dumb they r sometimes,, and I thank u for that........for the most part it is just for noise I guess but I was hoping for a little power gain for the investment............r u saying not to buy the dg pipe? and r they not rebuildable meaning they wear out? Im not that smart on the pipe stuff cause I never bought one,,,stock always suited me fine cause I just put around for the most part..

I'm not certain on this because we don't use them. We throw them out. It should be repackable with the aid of a drill to remove old rivets on the silencer end cap and new rivets to put it back together.

I'd say get it. You will get a small amount of power gain.
They may be able to rebuild (put packing in). Like i said, I've never seen/heard anyone doing it. Years ago when we raced w/a DG, the silenser got whacked off and we just ran it that way. It's a lil louder tho.
Happy to help!

I bought a DG new for my son's LT80 years back when he drove one, as you have heard, the quality is sub-par, the rivets rounded out the holes in the silencer after a few weeks of riding, and it rattled around. I ended up drilling them out, tapping the holes in the pipe to 1/4-20, and bolted it back on, then it was rock solid. It was easy to rebuild with a half sheet of repack material,so you get 2 packs for about 6 bucks. It gave a neat, dirt bike sound, as long as the packing was good, and seemed to help a little, but I modded the clutch, bored it out .020, and rejetted,so who's to say how much it helped. For the money it cost new, it was cheaply made, and fell apart pretty quick, the pipe rusted easy, I ended up pulling it a couple of times to sandblast and paint to keep it looking nice.Keep the stocker, or wait for other mods before you put any pipe on it.
