Default blaster right side cover

Ok call me an dumba#* but how in the heck do you get the right side cover off. I am trying to remove the gear for the oil injector and I have removed all the bolts from the cover and I can not get the dang thing off. I can get it loose back by the kick starter shaft but the front will not budge. Am I not being force full enough. I do not want to screw up the side cover by trying to force it off. Is there a trick to getting this off or do I need to pull out the BFH and smack it.
Please help this challenged idiot.

Double check and make sure there isnt any covers that just snap on and cover a screw. Your prolly just not giving it enough elbow grease but dont be mad at me if you break something!

It should come off pretty easily. You might have forgotten a bolt. If you are sure you got all the bolts off maybe try and pry it off. I wouldn't use alot of force, you may damage something. Also make sure you pull it off evenly.

Thanks guys. I got it off. I wasn't giving it enough force. Got the rebuild completed and it is running like a top. I made my own oil blockoff kit................it was easy and cheap..............cost me 6.95 for the new clutch cover gasket.

Did You remove the gear from the pump and put the pump back. Thats alot cheaper than buying a kit also. Glad things worked out for you.

yes I removed the gear and made my own block off plate from 1/4" aluminum scraps I had laying around. All I had to buy was a new gasket for the clutch cover.
