I just bought it and haven;t done anything yet there is good lever travel and the clutch engages right at the end of lever travel.

on mine it does the same thing. i have talked to other people that own warriors and they say the same thing. it may just be a warrior thing just like the valves are loud.

There isn't any slack, if there was the lever would move bevore the clutch arm right?

I'm afraid if I go any tighter on anything the clutch will slip-It engages right at the end of lever release as it is.

there should be slack in the cable between when it engages completely and when the clutch is fully out

are you refering to the lever free play. there is 1/8 inch max lever travel before it pulls the cable. Tha original owner said it has been like that since new, I however wont settle for that. I want to beable to put it in nutrael without shutting it off and stopping in reverse with out doing the same-I've been riding since a little kid and fairly well no my way around a ride. I got all the possible clutch travel i can. I am wandering if there is somthing internal or something I am overlooking?
