hey, a nice used blaster would only cost about $1,000-$1,500 and with 3,000 you could improve that blaster alot, mods for blasters are very cheap and you could have more fun on that than any utility bike, and be faster, my friend used to own a 99 blaster, I put a trenga carberator kit and a fmf pipe for him onit and it suprised me, dont let the 200cc get to your head there quick, hell you could by a 2005 blaster for $2,000 and put a pipe on it and be satifyed, im not trying to make your decison, just leting you know some stuff, good luck on finding a ride,
be carefull out there
I recently own a kfx700 (2005)

Honda 250EX if you are looking for a sport quad. If you need racks and big fenders for mud protection, then maybe a Honda Recon.
Or, a very used Honda 400EX if you want to go sport, or maybe a Rancher if you want to go utility.

Impossible to help out much until you tell us some details. Experience, type of riding you're going to do, age, weight, height would be a great start.
The first thing I thought when I read this was "I wonder if this person just posted this to see if someone would try to tell them what to buy when not knowing a single detail about the person" Yep.
