i was just wondering what you guys thought of the 84 trx200, i was wanting to know what there strenghts and weakness's were, or if there is any thing you can do for them to improve them, i know there not much but ive owned mine for awhile and its kinda a project bike for me now, thanks
also if you would know how much how much i could sell it for, i kinda have a idea but its in great condition and runs perfect, so i wana sell it for what its worth and not get screwed
also own a kfx700(2005)
thats if i wana sell the old bird

I would be still using mine if not for Hurricane Katrina. Not a lot of speed but I do not need a lot.
I would say the only things to look for is anything that goes bad from age. Seals, brake pads, brake cables, plug, carb, etc.
I did not put a lot of miles on mine so the engine is in good shape, I do have it running again but a lot of the electical parts are getting bad. The ignition still works but being under salt water I do not know for how long.
If it had not been under water I think it would be going strong. I liked the hi-lo for the gears for the lo gear power.
As far as what you could sell it for I would not know, it is a old bike. You may watch ebay to see if any are being sold there, mostly I see parts for the bike but I have seen a complete bike on there. Do not know how much it went for.
