is this kit involve OEM Parts from a newer Rubicon, im looking for factory quality switches and front diff. How much lighter is the stearing?

No, this is a device put out by the Warn company. They make them for older Rubicons, Foremans, and Ranchers. They replace the front driveshaft. The control is a **** that moves a cable.
