Default Yamaha bolt pattern hubs - Wheel choices???

I just ordered some yamaha cut hubs from TheBom. I was getting ready to order my 22x11x8 Extremes; 8 paddle Double Buffs in a yamaha bolt pattern but they are 8" wide in a 3+5 offset, whereas the stock DS offset is a 3+6. This will make my rear track 2" narrower, am I gonna notice this? Will the tires balloon out enough to make it up?

i am running the same tires only not the double buff. i did not notice any difference in tracking. i did notice that they REALLY hook up compared to the sand stars. you may also want to check on a differant offset in the wheels.

Do you have the machined hubs with a yamaha bolt pattern? The 8" wheel is only available in an 8" width with a 3+5 offset, haven't been able to find a 9" width with the stock offset of 3+6 and the problem is the extra in narrower is coming off the outside of the wheel.

give Fullerton sand sport a call. they may be able to hook you up or know where to find what you are looking for. they were VERY helpful to me. here's the # 714 484 5996
