I don't know if anyone else has ever weighed the atv, but yesterday I had the chance to weigh mine on a set of scales at the local rock pit. With me on it, my SP500H.O. with winch weighed 1080 lbs!! I never dreamed it would weigh that much!! Coarse it problably never dreamed I'd weigh as much as I do!! LOL!! Just wondered if any one else had weighed thiers?

 

I've not weighed it but I have done the math, my '04 ATP with me and a full tank and none of the gear I usually carry on a ride comes in at about 960 or so. Makes you leary of getting out and acting too stupid on it, if it lands on top of you it's going to sqash you like a bug...

Ya I hope my SP never lands on me. My old Scrambler wasn't too bad if it landed on me at least usually I could throw it off myself. I think the SP would really hurt me LOL

I'd hate to have me fall on me... [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] It is true that; "the bigger you are the harder you fall". Injured back and knees had got me up to 360. Working on it now. X2 still has never had a problem with me and a passenger up to 200 lbs.
