Default 1995 polaris sportsman 400 4x4

its a 2 stroke....just asking...im new to atv's is there oil i need to change or an oil filter?.....anyone have any fuel line diagrams fo this bike or owns the same bike I need help on the fuel lines...theres one coming from near the top of carburator.....and one coming directly from underneath the carburator...both are unconnected...i was told in an earlier post that the lower one doesnt need to be connected...all help would greatly be appreciated...i will post better pics shortly with a better camera

your fuel line is the one on the left side that is black rubber (i think) the other one one the top and bottom are vent lines. see the nickle size round disk type thing connected to the small hose thats a check valve that should be hooed to the carb. looks like in the pic. there should be a hose hooked to the transmission. is that a open nipple i can see going to the left. looks like it needs a good cleaning all the way around.
