Default Water in belt Housing Again

I have had my 05' 700 in the shop twice already for water in the belt housing after riding through water that was over the foot wells but not up to the seats. This will be the third time it will be back in the shop for this problem. I normally just pull the drain plug, let it run for a few minutes and then after it dries out its running fine again. I know I shouldn't have this problem. Any one ever have this problem or have a solution.? My dealer has supposedly fixed it twice already.

You could have a bad seal or a warped cover. The way I test mine is fill the clutch cover up with water and see where it leaks from.

How do you fill it up with water?

Just take the snorkle off where it clamps to the clutch cover and fill it there.

Thanks, I'll try that next time I work on it.
