give it a click or two with the starter switch without starting the motor to move the pump shaft a little for it to move its position for removal.

Default Oil pump shaft removel

I have tried that and about everything else. Would it hurt if I left it in? I have worked on getting it out for about 3 hours and I cant get it. I have half the quad apart trying to get an good angle to pull on it. I think the bushing has to come out at the same time. Iam new to the 250 trailblazers, so anyother help would be very help full.

Thanks
