please help; suzuki lt80 2002

i bought a suzuki lt80 2002; two weeks a go; on ebay, the machine is a bullet but needs some adjustments and the local dealers charge a fortune; also it has some modifications and i need help with that also:
in the modifications performed, the fromt weels had a 4" extensions,it has a twist throtle, racing weels and the oil sistem was modified also; is a very nice atv.
i picked up the atv in person and it was riden at the spot, its fast and and rides well, but i couldnt get many information because the guy was going to the airport so it was everything so fast i couldnt ask many questions.
1- the previous owner told me,that the carb needs adjustment.since he moved recently from detroit and is set for 6000 ft altitude,so here in miami it needs to be readjusted for sea level; is that hard to do? i dont have manual, any sugestion? what is doing actually; it starts inmediatley, rides excellent and super fast, but wen you slow down or brake ,you need to lift the choke or will shut off.
2-the oil inyection system it was modified, actually removed ,the oil tank it doesnt exist, and has no injectors it has a plate were the oil valve it was ,so it has to be done direct thru the gas tank,a direct mix of oil and gas; and i dont know the amounts to be mixed, how much oil per gallon of gas? what type of oil? what type of gas? i will like to drain the old gas (in this case the lod mix,gas and oil) and start new fresh with a new mix; how you can drain the gas and what ever goes or is inside the motor?
3-were is located the transmition oil? do they use any?
4-how the brakes can be adjusted;the rear brake you need to push down a lot to work properly?
5-by having a twist throtle,is any way the speed could be adjusted?(some kind of alternative speed control so it wont be that fast?
i appreciatte any advice given,i'm trying to set up this atv for my son; i live in miami if it helps and anybody lives in the area.
regards and God bless you all .

Mix the gas with 92 octane or better at a ratio of 32:1 buy a ratio rite from the dealer to make this easy. I would change the plug, it may be fouled. For the carb you may need to rejet it. Pull the main gas line going to the carb "the big one" and switch the petcock to prime. This will dump the gas. If yo go back to the thurb throttle i think this is the only way to tone down the speed. How are you using your front brakes? can you send a picture of your front hand brake levers?
