Best kid's quad?
#4
So far, from doing a search, it looks like the Honda TRX90 and the Kymco Mongoose 90 have the best record of reliability with the Eton Viper having the best performance. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about any of the mini's?

Bad? OK, I'm not a fan of the cheaper quads. They are a great option for the parents on a tight budget, but indeed have downfals.
IMO: all stock mini's are close in performance. Where you get your eton info at?
The Eton and Kymco are good machines but no better than a Kasea or Dinli.
I indeed like Kymco's and feel you would be satisfied with that option too.

I couldn't find any negative reliability feedback about the Honda or the Kymco, unlike Polaris and the others.
And from the magazine articles I've read and visually noticing that the Eton Viper is the only mini with double A-arm front suspension, I've deduced that it would appear to have the overall best performing package. But I've seen some negative reliability feedback on it.
So far, I'm leaning towards a TRX90. Mostly because she is already familiar with the concept of shifting gears(her Specialized mini mountain bike has 5 speeds) and Honda is known for their reliability.
