well, you wont get much more top speed out of it, low 50's is the fastest it will go. the engine just wont spin any faster. However, adding a good aftermarket exhaust to it and an k&n air filter with the proper jetting for the whole set up will wake it up a bit. also Web cams makes a stage 1 cam for it, but you have to remove the engine from the frame to change it out, something a little more involved for a good shop to do.

FMF Powercore 4 muffler. http://www.fmfracing.com/products/ca...CategoryID=129

Vent you airbox lid (as long as you don't ride in wet and mud a lot).

UNI foam air filter (K&N's DO pass dirt, so they are risky!)

http://www.webcamshafts.com/ this is the website. again, this is something for an experienced mechanic to do, the engine needs to come out of the frame and partly disassembled to access the old cam.

Don't let em get to ya buddy... Everybody on here has sworn up and down for years that a Rancher can not do over 55 MPH. You just have to prove it to you friends that is all you can do. LOL

Not for the honda utes... CDI Boxes do not exist I would have bought one already if they did Your actually pretty limited as far as bolt on mods. That is one of the reasons I am looking at selling mine.

The 2wd Rancher 350 is geared higher than the 4wd. Plus, it comes with taller 25" tires. This all combines to actually make this machine pretty fast! I use to bust out some big air on nine as well. I would just air down the big rear tires and it really cushioned the landing. Got to land front end high though!
