Default Where to mount winch contactor

I just purchased a new winch (Gorilla 2500) for my 2003 Polaris 600 twin. I'm having a difficult time deciding where to mount the winch contactor. I can't seem to find a spot under the seat as suggested in the instructions and I don't really want to compromise the integrity of the storage/dry box. Can anyone suggest a good place for this on a Polaris?

Thanks! Bryan

onthe o5 and up they are located under a small steel plate under the r/ hand front fender. any where on the frame would be fine wheres enoguh room and doesnt interfer w/ anything or can be shorted out. they dont have to be sealed. just make sure your cables will be long enough where ever you put it. under the rear fenders on the frame is another opition ive used.
