TORS stands for Throttle overrider system. Its supposed to shut the fuel flow off if your carbs stick open. Basically, it fails causing high rev problems at idle and hard starting problems. You also might want to remove your ebrake components. They will cause your bike to hit the rev limiter when you are trying to go WOT.
