Hi, I have a Sportsman 500 HO 2001. When i start the ATV after 1 minute it the motor start to run not correctly and finaly the motor stop.

I already change the Sparkplug , spark plug cable, Sparkplug high tension coil and the problem stay.

I hesitate to confirm if the problem come from the CDI unit or the stator. The CDI and stator have expensive part and i want to be sure the one is bad. I know it is not possible to test the CDI unit but if a can confirn if the stator is right or not I will be on the right way.

The measure I read on the stator on the wire reb to black/red is 19 ohms
and red to ground is infinity.
The triger coils measure between the wire white to white/red is 97 ohms

Please I need to know if the measures I read are right or not.
