Default 06 sportsman warn winch mount

I just bout a warn winch with the mounting kit from my polaris dealer and I cannot figure out how to install the operator switch to the handle bar with the two screws I was given with the kit. Can someone tell me how to install the operator switch; I know it connects to the main assembly, but I can't figure it out from there. I think I need a bracket to mount the switch, but I don't have the bracket (maybe it was left out accidentally)...

Any help is greatly appreciated. I can be emailed at orkiss@comcast.net.

there should be a bracket that comes with it. you take out the 2 screws that hold your brake lever on the bars and it goes there. If you didnt get the bracket and 2 screws - I would take it back and tell them.

every warn i have installed(about 7) have had a bracket of some kind to install it to the handle bars. the polaris one actually mounts just like brutus said and is the easiest to install. i agree they have left it out on ya. there is 2 little screws that hook it to the bracket and no way to hook it up w/out it.
