Default 2002 Rear Brake Issues on 325 & 500

I just purchased a pair of 2002 Polairs ATV's. A 325 Trail Boss and a 500 Scrambler. Both rear brakes have issues. Both have full pedal, but there is no pump-up or pressure. The front brake does work it's side of the rear caliper, but the rear side doesn't move at all. Is this a common failure for this year and what would be the fix? Thanks for any advice.

I have to bleed my rear brake line about once every 5 or 6 rides to get good pressure out of it (06 scrambler). Its not that much of a pain once you do it enough. You should see the air shoot out of it if you do it right. Get motul 5.0 fluid to replace what you loose.
