You havbe to take the carb out. It's two bolts and one has a nut on it. Remember which is which.
Then you have a couple bolts to which allow the carb to come appart. It's very easy and only goes back together one way (so far as I could tell.)
Then there are two little jets that you unscrew and replace with the new ones. They are little brass things. You can do it with a screwdriver and a set of plyers.
I'm not messing with you when I tell you this is going to take 10 minutes and there really isn't a way to screw it up unless you get dirt in the carb. Also, don't over tighten the jets. Just screw them in until they are good and snug. Nothing should require much force to do this.
the sprocket is 4 bolts (2 on the cover, 2 on the sprocket.) Pay attention how it comes apart so it will go back together easily. This is also a 10-15 minute job.

The carb will drain most of its gas when you turn it on its side. Have a rag and or a drain pan to catch the gas. Please do this in a well ventilated area, not in a closed garage or basement. And definitely not near a water heater. Start with the mixture screw out 1 3/4 turns from bottoming. Dont turn the screw in hard like your tightening it, just turn it lightly until it stops. Count the turns on the way out until you get to 1 3/4.

No
OK
Yes
a very small amount more than now. you wont even notice.
pimpsmurf, the fuel screw and the main jet do not affect each other. The main jet is for 3/4 to wide open and fuel screw/pilot jet are for idle to 1/4 throttle.
which main jet and pilot jet are you usuing now?
