holeshots ( 21\7\10) are on the front. I have new stock 400ex tires on the back.

I use Maxxis Sur Trac's, mounted backwards, with 100 ice screws in each tire. They work good, but stay off of the frozen dirt and tar if you want your ice screws to last.

Not enuff meat on the stock 400EX tires. Holeshots will work after the "track/trail" has been beaten down. I used realtors turned backwards and can go ANYWHERE!! If you dont have a set of "mud" tires, use the stock ones. They are also excellent in the snow. Have fun!!

JC, Hey buy some realitors, I can hold fourth gear in about 12" of snow. Also, when you really start bogging down to where you are stuck, stand on the grab bar and jump and give it hell. That should help you gain traction.
