it seems that price wins again, like most of us buying a quad for a child is expensive, but have you noticed that most of these questions are all about off brand atvs . I bought my son a honda several years ago and i am tickled to death with it, because it runs like the day i bought it, and my son has run it hard. I would do it again, and my son is happy and most important my wife is happy

Don't forget the added safety factor of having front brakes on the Honda. This added safety factor was one of the major considerations for selecting the Suzuki rather than one of the Chinquads for our grandson. The cost may be higher but the reduced risk is worth every cent. Good parental control and training are the most important factors but the better the equipment the easier the job.

I bought an off brand, but it is good one. Got the Unison Desert Cat 90. Rear Discs and front drums. The biggest reason I bought the Unison is that it has a rear foot brake for the disc brake. That rear disc is awesome. Also has a nice little 2-stoker in it. Going on a little over 1.5 years and it is running strong like the day we got it. Figure it will last him until he needs a bigger 250 quad. (By then Suzuki and Yamaha 250s will be refined)
