Default Anyone use this Big Bore Kit?

Since i have to rebuild, i was looking on ebay and came across a 720 Big Bore Kit for 369 from Pease Custom Performance Offroad Inc. Im wondering has anyone on here used them? Is 175 a reasonable price for them to Resleeve, finish bore and hone my cylinder? At this time my DS is completley stock, if i would go this route what would you guys reccomend to add with this i wanna keep it reasonably priced and also somewhat trailable. I was thinking diff carb not sure what size? and a ported intake? Not sure what kind of exhaust to go with, or could i run an aftermarket tip on the stock exhaust? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I hear the sleeve is still in testing, But for the money you cant go wrong per hp gained. But you need to make sure they do it right. If not it could cost you big money.

BTW- I think that is ERBE's Kit he put together. He has custom grind cams too. Hopefully he can chime in and save you some money and trouble for this particular application.

Contact Kurt Koppelmann [kurt@mt-llc.com] at Millennium Technologies you have two ways of doing it, Bore and plate as scooby did, his cylinder just broke he was running over 120 HP on his, mine was bored and aluminum sleeved, been running it now for 6 months with no problems with a 13 to 1 piston, The BOM can get you a 102mm-700cc or a 105mm-720cc piston you tell him what compression you want, just use a cometic gasket kit, good luck!

i think derrick2v is talkin about the steel sleeve cyl. if so i know of 2 bikes that have had those installed and one worked and the other had continuous head gasket failure. if you talk to the BOM he will advise against the steel sleeve.

erbe- what kinda hp gain did you get with the big bore over a stock bore with the same setup????
