Default Rubicon choke

I have an '02 Honda Rubicon. The problem is that when I pull the choke up prior to starting it does not stay in the fully out position. Is there a way to adjust it so that when I pull it up it stays until it's ready to be pushed down. Thanks.

Hi , I have an 05 Ruby and mine did the same thing. I found out that there is a nut under the rubber coating just below the **** on the choke. You can take a pair of pliers and tighten the nut and it will fix the problem. I just squeezed the rubber coating and nut together and tighten just a little and it took care of the problem. hope you have the same luck I did. Good riding...

Ahhh Okay I will try that......I had a feeling that it would be a somewhat simple fix. It's been kind of annoying in that I have to make sure I'm holding it up until it's warmed up or it will stall. Thanks again for your help!
