im moving to a town where atvs in town are legal and will ride my atv to work all year round. so i need a performer in both snow/ice and summer also. what tire has minimal wear on tar but still traction in crappy weather. thanks.

Man it makes me want to move there. That would be sweet to be able to drive the wheeler to work

Take a look at the V-trax, made by AMS Tires.

I have a set of those v-trax and they seem to perform very well on my polaris as i can ride mine to work as well and im in South Dakota howdy neighbor. Lots of traction even in the mud n dirt too!

Holeshot Radial ATRs are a good tire to run on pavement and gravel. A lot of the guys around here run those for blacktop and gravel and they're not a bad trail and snow tire either. I rode a Grizzly with them and I was pretty surprised how well they hooked up for being as mild of a tread as they are.
