Owners who have both a Rincon and Foreman's
#1
I've seen a few people who own both machines. Was wondering why.
play on one an work another.
I have a rincon and had a foreman 450 before. I feel I should of bought a foreman 500 instead of the rincon. BUT, the rincon is smooth. Just miss the engine braking like I had on the Foreman.
any thoughts.....

I have one of each... I bought the 500 Foreman first, and like the way it handles and corners, and the engine braking. A buddy of mine had a 650 Rincon, though, and after dawn to dusk fast riding on rough trails, I was beat after a couple of days and he wasn't.
I decided it would be nice to have a 2nd machine, so I could invite friends to try ATVing, or talk my dad into coming down and trying riding... so I got a Rincon.
It handles well, I notice the extra ground clearance when not bashing rocks off the back differential, and most of the time I ride it faster than my Foreman. On the other hand, if I'm not going out for 10 or 12 hours, the Foreman slides around corners better, is more planted, and you don't have to constantly apply the brakes on steep technical decents.
I guess when I decided I'd like to have two large 4x4's I wanted the 2nd machine to be different than what I already had.
I work strange shifts and my days off change, so getting days off together with someone else who has an ATV is tough. Having a 2nd machine gives me more chances to ride without having to go alone.
