Raptor Steering Stem Replacement help needed
#1
I need to change the steering stem on my '01 Raptor. I have the plastic, etc. removed and now need to remove the stem. I could use some help on how to remove the tie rod ends on the pitman arm. Does the stem slip out of the pitman arm or does it need to be pressed out? When you remove the nut on the bottom of the stem, will the shaft slip out of the pitman or is there more to it than that? Any help will be appreciated.

I don't want to remove the tie rods or pitman if I don't have to. So, you are saying I can just take the nut off and it will slip out? Sounds good to me. Didn't think it would be that simple. Nothing I do is simple. I live by Murphy's Law. Thanks a million.
