Default Rear brake pedal seized

I have a 2005 rancher 350, and for the last 2 years my rear brake has been seized. But the rear hand brake lever works fine. I took the right floor broad off, and took the pin out, to take off the brake pedal off, try to get it to work, but won't. You can't move it up or down. anybody know how to fix it. and has the same problems. Like i said all brakes work fine, but the foot rear brake.

My buddy has an '03 Honda Foreman 450 and his done the same. . . he took the right side floorboard out, took off the foot lever and drilled and tapped the round housing (where it goes back on the pin sticking out from the frame) and put a grease fitting in it.. . .

Problem solved

We repair them all the time, this is what we do. Remove the plastic cover on the swing arm bearing so you don't melt it, and remove the seal from the pedal after you remove the cotter pin and washer. Heat it with a torch and beat the pedal down, then from the other side with a long bar and a big hammer hit the pedal as close to the pivot point as possible. Take an air grinder with a round cutting tool and bore the hole out, grease it up good and replace the pedal without the seals.
