Changing front end bearings
#1
How complicated is it to change the CV joints and front end bearings..I have a lot of play on the right front shaft, and now I hear "sounds like a ratchit turning" Was maybe thinking doing it for a winter project, but if I need special tools? Is it worth it. Are we talking bearings and seals in the front only? I have about 4500 miles on it, dirt roads only no mud..I think its just worn out. Also a few months ago when i was on this site, I found a manual for it...Never saved it.!! Is it still on this forum?
Thanks,,
