Default Blue Smoke out the tailpipe

I premix on my 95' Scrambler and since I replaced the head gasket & plug, it's been blowing blue smoke out the tail pipe, more than it should. I'm using a 32/1 mix and I filled up the counterbalance after I replaced the gasket because it was low. I'm pretty sure it's got to be one of these two things, but I'm having a hard time determining which one. Any ideas?

how is the rings? did you do a compression test? the bluish smoke is from burning oil most of the time. check the plug to see if its oil soaked. if so then then the rings might getting bad. just an idear.

It's got about 8 hours on the new sleevin', so I haven't bothered doing a compression test. The gasket blew either because the fan quit working because, #1 I had to fix that as soon as I got it running again, or #2 one of the helicoils in the jug didn't hold.
