polaris 90 no start

polaris 90 no start
can somebody tell me why a polaris sportsman 90 wont start. Its got fresh gas , new spark plug ,new fuel filter,carb has been cleaned. It gets lots of gas to cylinder lots of nice blue spark on plug. Could the timing be off,if so what would cause it to go off while riding. thanks for any help
