are titan 489 good tire's for a 2wd quad
are the good in the mud and hardpack please
let me know what you think of them thanks

NO!NO!NO! They suck. I have them on my scrambler they are stock on a lot of machines but they suck. They are only 2 ply and punctuer very easaly. I have PJ1 in almost all of them now. I do most of my riding in the snow and they get vitualy no traction. I was going to replace them with kenda bear claws but today i decided to trade the hole macine for a new one.

I hate to disagree with 99500 but, in the mud and on hard pack ground they are hard to beat for the money. I don't know what type of snow he has in Iowa, but here in Idaho they go great in the snow and out on the desert hard pack. I have put 1752 rough desert, mountain, rock climbing miles on mine with out a leak or puncture yet. I have friends that have recently put them on their SP 500 and on a Honda 450 and also a Rubi, so go figure.
