I have had my quad at the shop three times and it is still not fixed.They changed the angle sensor,took the electric sfifter apart,After a 700 doller bill it is doing the same things that it was befor.when i go to shift when in first than try to shift to second it jumps to fourth.Dose anyone have a idea that i could try next thank.

 

Don't know if this applies, but on my 98 Foreman ES, sometimes when trying to shift from 1 to N it will hop to 2 instead. If I hit the down shift again then it will go to N. I've noticed that if I keep the battery fully charged, I don't have as many issues. I guess the first few years for the ES system were big battery hogs. I'm sure the garage would have checked the battery in your case though, sorry I can't be more help.

 

Ya that is one of the things that they looked at but it was tested ok.So as i can get this fixed sooner i can sell it.
