NEW ROKETA 56A - HAVE QUESTIONS..!
#1
The Roketa 56A that I ordered for my daughter just came in the other day. Other than a few small scratches, it looks okay. My DH managed to complete the assembly but, he had a few questions before he did anything else as there was no parts list or owner's manual included. Here are the questions:
1. Does this bike have an oil filter? (He downloaded a copy of the "manual" from the Roketa website -- it shows an oil filter but, he can't find one on the bike).
2. How much oil does it take?
3. Is there anything special to know about changing the oil?
4. Will the battery charge on it's own when the engine is running?
Also...I was a bit shocked at how high up this bike sits. When I read the specs before purchasing, it only seemed an inch or so different than a Yamaha Grizzly 125 but, to see it in person it looks quite a bit larger. Is there anything that can be done to make it a little lower to the ground??
Sorry for the newbie questions..but, I'm just thankful to have a forum such as this where we can hopefully get some answers!!!
Thanks in advance.

Hello, there is a oil screen located at the bottom of the reservore where your drain plug is.As far as oil it takes a little less then a quart. You also may want to change the transmision fluid. As far as the batter goes I just put a battery tender on it for about eight hours, even though the bike will charge it.As fare as lowering it I don't know.
Another thing I did was orderd a set of these for the rear of the bike to match the width of the front.
