Default switches

I want to put rear work lights and the reverse override lock on my 08 sportsman 800. what is the best way to cut out the templates on the back of the headlight pod

i used a toggle switch with a water proof rubber cover/nut
i mounted it underneath the pod on the left side so its out of the way
i got the switch at napa but any parts store should have one

personally, i would use a dremel tool to zip out most of it and then a sheetrock knife to clean up the edges and make the corners

That's exactly what I did, worked great, very easy to do.
